This unit is located in a retirement community and children under 18 are not allowed to stay more than 30 days. The Sun City community offers monthly rental passes/privilege cards with Proof of Lease (30 day minimum) and one person aged 55+ at Sun City Rec Centers. These provide amenities such as pool, fitness facilities, tennis, pickleball, and numerous other activities including multiple golf courses. Please check golf pricing online.
