Impressive 4 bedroom 3 bath home located in the prestigious Sandpoint neighborhood, with Gulf views from the rooftop balcony that are unbelievable…Enjoy the boardwalk to the beach and the shared pool that's located to the right behind the house.
Enter through the double glass doors to the 1st floor, down the hall is the garage entry to the right, which you have access to. In the next closet is a full-size washer & dryer for your use.
Past that to the right is BD1) delightfully decorated with a twin over a full and another twin bed, a nightstand, lamp, TV with WIFI, and a closet. Across the hall is BD2) decorated with ocean blues, this room has a twin over a full and another twin, a nightstand, a lamp, a TV with WIFI, and a closet. Back out in the hallway is BA1) it has a walk-in shower and a tiled sink. Up the stairs to the 2nd level takes you directly to the main living area.
The spacious dining table has seating for 6 with 2 additional barstools at the kitchen bar. The well-supplied kitchen has creamy white appliances, tiled countertops, and a drip coffee maker. The living area completes this large open space with a leather sofa, loveseat, coffee table, end table with a lamp a large TV with WIFI, and Spectrum cable.
Out the double glass doors to the balcony, you will find a table W/ 4 chairs, and various other outdoor chairs. You can see the shared pool from here.
The spiral stairway that leads up to the rooftop deck is here as well, the views from up here will take your breath away. Have your coffee in the morning and watch the sun come up, have a cocktail in the evening, and see the moon rise up out of the ocean…
Back inside down the hall to the left is BA2) this full bathroom is a little unique, the toilet area is first off the hall, with a door to separate it from the rest of the bathroom, you can also access this bathroom from the bedroom. It has a double-tiled sink and a tiled tub/shower combo. BD3) has a king-size bed, nightstands, lamps, a chest, a closet, and TV w/ WIFI. On down the hall to the right is BD4) the master, complete with a king bed, nightstands, lamps, a chest, a closet, and TV w/ WIFI. BA3) This full ensuite bath has a tiled tub/shower combo and double tiled sinks. There is also a front deck off the hallway between the two bedrooms, sit out and enjoy the evening. This is a great house to spend some quality family time in, plus the golf cart for your entire stay gives you the chance to see Port A the way the locals do.
