A peaceful retreat in the hills of North San Diego County. Close to everything you need, yet quiet and secluded.
We are only 15 mins to the SD Wild Animal Park, 45 mins to SD beaches, 45 mins to downtown San Diego, and 10 mins to shopping.
This is a family friendly home with lots of video games, board games, outdoor toys along with 8 acres of land to explore, and the Cleveland National Forest hiking trails easily accessible.
Or just soak in the jetted tub in front of the fireplace.
This is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home with plenty of space for inflatable mattresses. The property also has 8 acres to explore or camp upon.
The home is 3000 sq ft and single story. There are no stairs and the rooms and doors are roomy enough for easy wheelchair access.
There is plenty of parking on the property. The home is only accessible through a community gate. A code will be given upon arrival.

This is a small, gated community that prides itself on the unspoiled natural surroundings. We also keep the outside lighting at a minimum to keep the night sky shining bright. On a clear night, which most nights are, you can see the Milky Way.
You can have everything you need delivered via Instacart and Orangecrate. Restaurants and stores are a short 7 min drive. You will feel completely isolated while being close to everything you need.
This property is very secluded, but everything you need is less than a 10 minute drive.
