Great 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhome located at Signal Point Townhomes on South Station Street. Easily hop in your golf cart or car and be at the beach within 5 minutes.

This 3 story property has a large garage on the 1st level that has a fun hang out/game room area set up at the back with cornhole and comfortable seating.

The 2nd level includes an open concept living, dining, kitchen, as well as a half bath. You'll find seating for 6 around the dining table as well as 4 additional seats along the breakfast bar. The kitchen is set up to comfortably cook your catch of the day while being able to look out toward the living room where everyone gathers and watch the game on the flat screen tv. There is a balcony off of the living room with chairs and a unique swing for outside lounging.

On the 3rd level there is a guest room with two twin beds, a flat screen tv, and a connecting bathroom. Across the hall is the master bedroom with a queen bed, a twin day bed with a twin trundle, flat screen tv, and en suite bath. The master bedroom also has its own balcony where guests can enjoy a morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine. There are also two twin rollaway beds for extra guests.

Signal Point features a lovely community pool for guest use.This unit also has a private washer dryer and Wifi is provided.

There are two parking spaces for this unit, one in front of the garage and an overflow space by the community pool. Guests are also allowed to use the garage.

Winter Texans - this property is available from November through February at $1550 per month!

WHAT IS PROVIDED:

• Kitchens are well equipped with basic cooking needs (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave and large appliances). Note that food products such as spices or seasoning are not provided for safety reasons.

• All our properties are supplied with one set of sheets for all beds. Bath towels are supplied per number of people the house sleeps. We do not provide beach towels.

• A start up supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and dish soap will be provided. After that, the guest is responsible for any additional needs.

• Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, coffee filters, spices/seasoning, bathing soap and shampoo, extra dish soap, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sun block and beach gear.

SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay.
